Your consumer unit — commonly known as your fuse board — is the control centre of your home's electrical system. Older units with rewirable fuses or basic MCBs no longer meet current Greater Manchester and Scotland electrical regulations, leaving your property less protected against faults and surges.
DeSoul Electrical installs 18th Edition RCBO consumer units with Surge Protection Device (SPD) certification, in line with current BS 7671 regulations. Every upgrade comes with a warranty, giving you full confidence in your installation long after we've left.

All circuits are tested, your Electrical Installation Certificate is issued, and your warranty documentation is provided before we leave.
