Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging DeSoul Electrical Limited for any electrical services. By booking or commissioning work with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Company Information

2. Services

DeSoul Electrical Limited provides electrical installation, repair, and testing services. All work is carried out by experienced electricians in compliance with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and applicable UK Building Regulations (Part P).

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on information provided at the time of enquiry. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the scope of work changes materially once we are on site. All prices are inclusive of labour unless otherwise specified. VAT will be applied where applicable.

4. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you directly. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and will give you as much notice as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and the areas where work is to be carried out. You must inform us of any known hazards, asbestos, or unusual circumstances at the property before work begins. Failure to do so may affect the scope or cost of the job.

6. Liability

DeSoul Electrical Limited carries appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our work is limited to the cost of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing defects or issues with the property's electrical installation that are unrelated to our work.

7. Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship. If a fault arises directly as a result of work carried out by DeSoul Electrical within a reasonable period of completion, we will return to investigate and remedy the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover faults caused by misuse, modification by a third party, or pre-existing conditions.

8. Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. Overdue invoices may attract interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Changes

DeSoul Electrical reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on this page.
